10, {Commonly referred to as: “Miracles”}

We disclose that the occurrence of perceptual shifting between universes is accompanied by various degrees of modifications, contrasting the previously perceived circumstances. Alterations reflect the perceiver, and as associations are exchanged, the environment adapts accordingly. Adjusting to similar scenarios derived from different experiences concluding to auxiliary outcomes of the present situation.

With every alteration possible, the intentional achievement comes into fruition through a collaborated convergence of seemingly separate facets, reflecting the original trifecta. As a representative of offering and the perceiver of receiving, each recognize their presence as the singular source. By its authority, it shifts or transfers the perceiver from one solidified experienced universe to another, revealing momentary or constant effects where the laws and past vary from the previous, where it may remain unaware of such alterations.

In Short, this Statute indicates that:

1. Miracles assume various forms, encompassing alterations and transcendence of physical laws, and consistently involving experiences beyond prevailing beliefs.

2. Miracles arise through purposeful choices driven by a conscious mind to join, leading to unexpected experiences.

3. Each miracle unveils an additional layer of authenticity in our inherent nature and authority.

4. That a decision can change physical laws leading to a temporary and localized experience of an alternate parallel reality where the laws have already been different.

5. The decisions made leading to miracles (including healing) are more related to the experience of releasing through what we call “forgiveness” to reveal what is already there.

6. Every form of miracle occurs between what seems to be two or more beings (currently present, past, or to come). Not only between sentient beings, for all existence is also a being.

7. The conditions and circumstances of experiences result from consciousness-driven decisions and can only be transformed and released by consciousness, which in turn modifies manifestations within the spirit.

Additional clarification:

A miracle in itself can not be defined specifically for it is simply a mental acknowledgement of an occurrence exceeding the awareness of that perceiver's mentality. Therefore it is often used to describe a multitude of seeming different types of occurrences. All of which involve a Godly Will that chooses to enter the pure state of the Wholly Spiritual Universe and return to a perception with a shifted experience of its past and future to that of an alternate universe to the original.

Layers of Interpretations:

1, A new born child:

While this indeed can justifiably be deemed as a miracle to anyone within the perceptual awareness of believing in bodies, it is the Godly Will to join and extend the life of Spirit which is miraculous.

2, An instant change of health:

Would indeed be experienced as miraculous however regardless of the speed, all choices which manifest the condition of a body are miraculous, for the distortion of reality into shape and form could only be done by a Godly Will.

3, A temporary change of physical laws:

While often the definition most anticipated, the laws that define this physical universe are contained within the laws of the transparent and illuminated universe which has no set laws except that of representing the consciousness that perceives it. It is therefore not a change of laws but of your definition of what you think is to be human.

4, A shift or liberating of beliefs:

While usually desired in others to work in your favor the changes in them reflect the changes within yourself. It is by the same Godly Will which chooses its immediate manifestation that also chooses its distant one.

5, A sudden new ability or wisdom:

While it seems like you have the talents and abilities you have from your past learning, it is only by the Godly Will that chooses what to be used and necessary at the time, that makes your past seem the way it does to justify them.

6, An insightful revelation:

While usually diminished to a mere concept it is the fully immersed experiences of alternate realities which make one convert their ways or desire to. Transformation of persons can only be made by the same Godly Will which brought it’s creation to be.

7, A reality beyond time and space:

While we can define what you actually are as miraculous, it is only by the confines of the normality of time and space which make it seem greater than a normal experience to you. Your natural state is that of God which has been your normal for eternity.
