Additional clarification:
Energy of the Wholly Spiritual Universe movements are everywhere however they are most commonly experienced as what persons refer to as emotions. There are two versions of them all, based of consciousnesses interpretation of them. However, the number of them is as limitless as the number of ideas one can associate them to. All being a form of positive interpretation or negative. These distinctions can only be made by a consciousness. There is a process of passing through them that one can not do if this interpretation insists that the same “positive” emotion is a “negative” one. In the reality of all motions of energy, have always been neutral. These frequencies “emotions” are used in the training of consciousness, for they are all part of the entire imagery and sensations represented by the wholly spiritual universe. As the consciousness changes their beliefs also does all sensations change. They, just like all experiences must be processed through forgiveness, which first the negative is made positive, then the positive is recognized as neutral.
The cycles gone through are of focus, which influence one’s interpretations of the frequencies experienced. Focus and attention is an attribute of consciousness, what it focuses on can seem to be any number of things, the association between the sensations and the situations is determined by this focus on the beliefs, thoughts and desires. When one starts to train the mind regarding their sensations, it becomes very obvious that they do not have structure, definitions, nor power on their own. These frequencies are perceived everywhere, they make up all your experiences and relationships. Days when resistant, the negative seems apparent, days in acceptance the positive is. Days without any distortion of judgments of any kind do not feel nothing, but everything.
——————
There are two different types of movements of this energy. The speed between the waves of the movement is a frequency which when changed also changes which frequency it is ie. Color, Note. Then there is intensity, where each frequency can move faster or slower but remains the same distance between the waves it is. Often when people reference “raising vibration” there is a tendency to confuse these two. Regarding emotions for example sake, intensity makes the perceived emotion stronger, regardless if it is resisted it is a negative emotion, if embraced it is a positive emotion. The exaggeration of intensity could lead to distortion in consciousness’s association to it, allowing itself to experience the frequency in a different fashion. Often transforming it from negative to positive. To raise the frequency is to make one of those emotions transform into another, not necessarily positive. Within resistance the frequency of anxiety can easily change into anger if one “raised the frequency” or down into “guilt or shame” if lowered. The act of transfiguration of a negative into a positive actually has nothing to do with the frequency itself, but the consciousness perceiving them.
What we associate to as our energy “soul body” is only a point of reference where the energy frequencies bounce off of or cancel out each other. This position you call yourself and may appear as a “body”. There are a few ways this energy “folds” and “twists” on itself, they are often established as we are conceived and major moments throughout our lives. How the “energy” moves with its bouncing “rippling” or“twists” and its shifting “changing” or “folds” are indicators of how we will react, respond and/or overcome the present scenario. Often we have obvious actively amplified (“dominate” / radiates like a sun) frequencies, which characteristics overpowers the others in our lives, as well as one excessively but personally neglected (“deficient” / sucks in like a black hole), which seeks to absorb energies around, which never goes unnoticed by the others distorting them as well. While there can be an array of combinations of these in the variety of persons, they can be quite obvious when one understands what is occurring within them.
When resistant the “first” frequencies in focus, are often interpreted in a fashion of fear, dread, or despair. When accepting of the beliefs in focus, one experiences a liberation through trust, faith, and certainty. They are all the same sensation interpreted by consciousness to seem different.
When resistant the “second” frequencies in focus, are often interpreted in a fashion of guilt, shame, or remorse. When in acceptance one experiences a liberation through pleasure, enjoyment, and laughter. They are the same sensations, interpreted differently by the resistance or acceptance of consciousness.
Through resistance, the “third” frequencies in focus are often are interpreted to justify the existence or worry, anxiety, and worthlessness. When accepting of the beliefs in focus the same sensations are interpreted as confidence, boldness, and strength. Only by the distortion of interpretation does it seem different then if’s reality.
When perceiving through resistance, the “fourth” frequencies in focus are often distorted into justifying anger, frustration, and resentments. While interpreted with acceptance there is a liberating experience of sweetness, compassion, and delight. This same sensation becomes what seems real according to consciousnesses application of craving or aversion.
While resistant the “fifth” frequencies in focus are often perceived to be deceptive, misleading and distracting. While interpreted with acceptance there is a liberating experience of honesty, realizations, and honor. For when one sees themselves among others, they distort the presence of their reality and need to defend it.
When perceived with resistance the “sixth” frequencies in experience, are often interpreted to be confusing, suspicious, and sleepy. While interpreted through acceptance there is a liberating experience of revelation, inspiration, and insight. Being alone in their perception they can not join or connect to insight from other sources, making sure they don’t shatter their seeming reality.
Through resistance, one often perceives the “seventh” frequencies in focus as desirable, needed, and important. When through acceptance there is a liberating experience of freedom, expansion, and divine realization. While this is a journey every day these interpretations reveal to us where we do process through resistance or acceptance. They both can be experienced beyond, but definitely offering a more enjoyable experience through acceptance.
These frequencies are not only perceived through ones self or body, they are experience in every situation and “person”. The holo-graphic universe is total and all around, you see only what you as the consciousness that perceives processes. No other consciousness possesses something you do not also possess. You can not perceive it and not believe it, and not be the owner of it. All reality is distorted by your perception, there is NO one else. One lacking this responsibility surrenders their authority.
Layers of interpretation:
On “emotion”
1. Emotional distinction
As for many of us we come to recognize that we indeed have emotions, a distinct sensation that seems to overcome us and is usually expressed by a particular response in the body, making it possible for others to discern what emotion you are feeling, how your consciousness has interpreted it and how you have chosen to express it with particular corresponding actions of the body.
At this time there are very clearly a distinctions between all positive emotions and their negative versions. We learn to use their expressions as a form of communication and to tell others we want or need something, or do not. Often we are still learning these distinctions and don’t always have clear definitions of their differences and can experience slight transformations from one to another as if they have actually changed.
Because of the reality of these sensations being waves of movements of energy, they flow in and out as well as come and go from the seeming surroundings. This can make the ride on energy confusing to a consciousness. It will seem as if emotions appear for no reason and even come from others and places. This is because the “ocean” of energy we reside in is not stopped by edges of bodies and can seamlessly move in and out of it without hindrance.
2. Emotion expression
As we have grown familiar with having emotions we find a greater ease in expressing them, we train ourselves to coping with their existence while interacting within society. In adaptation to our experiences we change and adjust our ability to express or suppress the emotions that we have found helpful to get what we want and avoid what we don’t.
At this point we have no recognition that we interpret the sensations as we see fit. Instead we have definitions of the energetic movements and therefore we believe we are required to feel that particular emotion when we feel the corresponding sensation of the movement and interpret it according to our current experience.
Because of the reality of these sensations of movement it is only by our perception with consciousness that we develop definitions for them. As they really are, they do not have definitions. The resistance we develop in expressing them is regarding the definition of them and not what they actually are. However, on this journey it is required that we all learn to see and recognize beyond all the definitions.
3. Emotional clarification
As we do begin to lessen our definitions of emotions that we have placed on the sensations we feel, we start to recognize a clear distinction of what are our most dominant focus of our definitions. Emphasizing a few specific emotional definitions that still resound in our existence being more challenging then others.
At this point we still do not realize that our definitions of them give them power, yet we have started to learn how to not react to them, however those few remain overwhelming and tend to be explosive, due to the attempt to not react but tend to break after continuous aggravation.
Because of the reality that these movements need to move, when expressed they tend to pass by as rapidly as they started. However, there is still an idolization of some of these definitions to be glorious and others to be absolutely terrible. Even while they attempt to accept them, their craving for one side of definitions involves dramatic swings back to the other.
4. Motion Inclination
As continuing to master one’s definitions of these sensations, there is a distinct experience which crosses a threshold in perception. A moment where one experiences the reality of the motions of energy without any definition of any kind. Usually a rapid experience of perfect fluidity all over and throughout the “body", which could happen often and always sought after, from that point on.
At this point one tends to balance on the edge, feeling the sensations then stepping back into definitions of not feeling it, to then feel it again. Emphasizing an addiction the mind has to defining when it feels and when it does not.
Because of the reality of these movements being everywhere, it is not possible for one to never feel their sensations, only definitions of a lesser intense and that which seems more intense. The mind becomes highly aware of the objections to particular ideas and the craving for others.
5. Motion observation
As one has worked diligently to have no reaction to the sensations, they start to recognize the movement of the energy frequencies pass in and out just like any sensation. Mastering a sense of choosing to simply observe them, a detachment from the need to reach to them.
At this point there still remains to be a difference of the motion of energy as their emotions and the absence of them. Usually seemingly feeling nothing when not observing the motions pass through.
Because of the nature of this movement of energy there is no point where it is not present, however, while relinquishing their definitions there seems to be a surrender of the sensations and a long period of choosing to seem to feel nothing. The last definition surrendered is there being nothing opposing something. Where the sensations begin or end. Recognizing it all as the same.
6. Neutral expression
While practicing this surrendering there comes a time that one realizes the choices to surrender the definitions is due to a sensation in itself. Recognizing a thought, desire or belief in one’s mind is also this energetic movement. Coming into the realization that they can not actually determine what a sensation is, without already being influenced by sensations in itself.
At this point one tends to battle with knowing what is real and what isn’t. Usually concluding to naturally express all energetic motions nearly immediately. Starting to recognize that all words, actions or expressions are all this same energetic movement. Where there body/person is only a device that amplifies the energy of the wholly spiritual universe into expression. Learning to do this without hesitation, to be a representative of that universe.
Because of the reality of this wholly spiritual universe, as we learn to express without hesitation we start to recognize there is always a constant sensation of our being. The experience of our being starts to become a complete energetic movement and everything we previously saw, felt, heard ext. is starting to dissolve into only being energetic tingling and buzzing movements.
7. Neutral experience
While one is mastering choosing this awareness they begin to open their sensory perceptions from a state of recognizing the movement of energy in the respected areas but now start to exceed their barriers of limitations. Starting to feel beyond the skin, hear beyond the ear, seeing beyond the eye. Where the shapes and structure of what was previously a physical world is starting to open up to the transparent and illuminated version of its presence.
At this point one has had a dramatic “awakening”, with the recollections of creating all existence, including these physical constructs and the purpose of doing it. Joining with the energy of the wholly spiritual universe and sharing its complete and total knowledge as one essence without privacy, even as one mind.
Because of the nature of this wholly spiritual universe being energy, it is not capable of possessing knowledge in itself, it is a representative which reflects all variations of knowledge. It is a consciousness that possesses knowledge, and it is consciousness which trained itself beyond what it once knew as the reflection of energy, manifesting the same ascension.
